During the year he will be exhibiting at various times (See www.boltonartcircle.org.uk for dates) at the Last Drop Village at Bromley ,Cross, Bolton. Over 350 pictures are on show at this popular North West of England event.

"What interests me as much as individual vehicles, be they tram, bus or other, is the environment in which they worked, and the buildings and street furniture around them."

Apart from in the National Tramway Museum and in Blackpool, there are few old trams around. Paul has collected many old photographs and books as sources of material from which to work. Since most of the images are monochrome or sepia, a knowledge of tram and bus liveries has been essential.
